Young Climate Leaders Mentorship Program 2025
Green Totos Forum is proud to announce the launch of the Young Climate Leaders Mentorship Program 2025, designed to empower young individuals passionate about climate action and eager to take on leadership roles. This intensive program, running from 01st August to 30th September 2025, will equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and networks necessary to drive meaningful change in the fight against climate change.
The program recognizes the critical role young people play in shaping a sustainable future. It aims to cultivate a new generation of climate leaders who can effectively address the complex challenges posed by climate change and advocate for impactful solutions. The mentorship program will provide a comprehensive learning experience covering climate science, policy and advocacy, sustainable solutions, green skills, communication and storytelling, and leadership and project management.
Core learning areas
- Climate Science: Understanding the scientific basis of climate change, its impacts, and future projections.
- Policy and Advocacy: Learning about climate policies, advocacy strategies, and how to influence decision-making.
- Sustainable Solutions: Exploring innovative and practical solutions for mitigating and adapting to climate change.
- Green Skills: Developing skills relevant to green jobs and sustainable practices.
- Communication and Storytelling: Mastering how to communicate climate issues effectively and engage diverse audiences.
- Leadership and Project Management: Building leadership skills and learning how to manage climate-related projects successfully.
